So many Amarr missions as faction kills

So, I diceded to make a change of scenery and try some Amarr missioning. To my surprise there seems to be nothing but faction kill missions. I have run in Gallente , Minmatar , and Caldari and none have the shear number of faction kills as the Amarr agents.

Does anyone have any suggestions or am I cursed to be a truck driver in Amarr space with distribution or god forbid the 4 mining missions that are completely useless?

Thanks

I basically do all Amarr missions and rarely get faction ones (almost all Sansha though, which can be annoying with the ridiculous amount of TD going on). Just try some different agents. I've had the same problems with certain agents on the Caldari side as well (haven't really run many Gal/Min missions).

I can only think of two. Enemies Abound and one other that asks you to jump 6 systems. I almost never get faction missions. Perhaps you just had a bad draw. I suggest doing missions for Blood related agents in Amarr space.

Amarr space is bad because of TD unless you're using a missile boat.

Amar hardly ever give faction kill missions. Gallante is the one that does, and in long chains.

I mission for Amarr quite a lot and I only ever get one anti-Gallente chain every other day (Enemy Abound) - to top it off first two missions of it give either negligible standing losses (0.02% a tick) or none at all (courier). Everything else is Sansha and Blood Raiders, with Angel Extravaganza and some merc missions mixed in.

I find that hard to believe ..

coming from someone that ran the same enemies about 3/5 for 4 months so I could get tags to sell. ( made about 3b a week )

yes I am talking about running 6 of them daily for a week. then petitioning it to be reset.

tbh, I was rather surprised it lasted as long as it did.. expected it not to happen more than twice.
I don't run missions anymore tbh.

and this was all on a high sec island in amarr.

Now we know why it takes so long for real petitions to get through.

Hopefully they'll ban your petition spam one day.P

I have a theory that the game remembers the accepted and declined missions offering the latter less and less often which would correlate with my personal experience (I stopped accepting anti-empire missions about a month into the game) as well as your own situation ("change of scenery").

There are only two faction missions given by L4 amarrian security agents. Those are An advantageous catastrophe (against Gallente) and Enemies abound (a serie of 3 vs. Gallente and 1 vs. minmatar mission). Of course, you can get a storyline faction mission like with every other agent.

This man speaks truth. Storylines are a different thing, but regular missions in amarr space are unlikely to be anti-faction, except for the both mentioned.

I used to get a lot of anti-empire-faction missions too. Mind you this was over 2 years ago. Do as people suggest and try a different agent.

Edit: it's not because there are only 2 bad missions that you cannot get those over and over again. Unless they changed the may missions are handed out.

lol, I have to agree with some of the information being shared on this topic. I made a nice chunk of change running enemies abound in Amarr and caldari space. You should also be aware that there is also a faction kill mission for a story line available. I do believe that there has to be some kind of mechanics at work here. Since I have only missioned for Caldari and Amarr agents I can't offer any insight as to if the mission pool is any different from other factions. If you're not wanting to hurt your standings with the other races. You're going to need access to a 2nd and or 3rd agent to mission for. Decline the mission when given and cycle through your agents often.

For what it's worth, I was running level 3s for standings this weekend and noticed a lot more faction missions from the Ministry of Internal Order agents than I had gotten in weeks of running missions for the Amarr Navy and Emperor's Family agents.
