This characer is really well focused on caldari all the way up through carrier. With the rise of caldari carrier/blops popularity lately he is very close to being able to do that well enough for pvp. Obviously he can fly everything below that as well.

He is ready to cross train if you'd like as well, and wouldn't take long to be flying another race quite well. Core skills are excellent.
