EVE client alt-tabbing dual monitor suggestion

Yo.

So say you have two monitors, EVE runs on one, and you (Of course) have a spreadsheet open in the other.

Now if you go to adjust this spreadsheet or pull up a different one or go do something else, clicking anywhere on the other monitor minimizes EVE.

How about adding an option that lets the EVE client basically take over that monitor and not get minimized when you click on your other monitor?

This would allow you to look at spreadsheets, browse r/eve, and interact with dotlan maps seamlessly.

It does this when you are in fullscreen mode. Running windowed mode under your graphic options fixes this issue. You can set it still to your max resolution for your monitor and will still take up full screen but alt-tab wont minimize it!

That is true. But my computer really doesn't like it. FPS drops down to like...two.

Fixed window is your friend.... And yes, performance will be worse.

You probably should have upgraded your PC instead of buying a second screen

Back when this rig was new it was really good. It still runs EVE on ultra with both monitors not to mention Crysis, Metro 2033, etc. maxed out.

It just doesn't like windowed games for some reason.
