Remote Sensing (not necessary)

Racial Industrial 5 (preferably Gallente)

Now that is a sweet, sweet character u got there. Proly ideal WH dweller. If i had that much isk i would definitely go for it. However atm i am looking for some cheap basic functions.
Skills i posted earlier are in fact all i need.

hello! is me posting here. selling...... myself i guess? not sure how to make who pop up. (belam ashborne is the intended) all pi skills save AP 4 (at 3 atm) annnd lacking the others (cloaking 1, electronics 4->no cyno, and caldari indy 3) is a 2.8m sp pilot so basically just pi skills on this one.
