Proposal for new skils :


Custom Office remote management : You can access custom offices and planet mechanics of nearby system (up to entire region at lvl 5)
This way you can import or export PI on planets without being in system (Via Launchpad)


Custom Office contracting : You can contract stuff in your custom office to other people. Full tax apply, maybe degressive till LVL 5
This way you can contract your stuff to your favorite hauler.
