Apart from our tower there is one dead stick around, never bothered to remove it.

This WH has made me and my corpies lots of isk since we took it over since all C2 sites are easy soloable and drop the precious ribbons :)
Doing PI as passive income, POS fuel only makes bout additional 400-450m per toon and month.

The rorqual comes in very handy for compressing large amounts of rare ores and move them out for selling.

Since it we still making good money out of it, I'm not particularly in a hurry to sell this. Just planning new adventures for my corp in the future. Though should it sell quickly we can leave soon of course.

Additionally there is the option to buy the complete pos setup (and corporation for easy Pos transfer) for 700m:

CHA, SMA, +49 various defense mods

700m actually is quite cheap here, but we figured its easier to sell it off a bit cheaper than offline an scoop all the stuff and sell it later individually for bit more money.
