Must have:

Good scanning skills, able to fly an armor T3 (preferably HAM Legion), PVE tengu, armor/shield comps at 4, good support skills

Would also like:

Guardian, Logi V, Amarr BS V, gas cloud harvesting, t2 heavy drones, t2 sentries, able to fly a Gila.
