Ignoring the doomsday argument, the OP's main complaint was that they were using tracking links to help the titan hit stuff.

So basically he was complaining that people were using teamwork, basic common sense, and the right modules for the job, to accomplish their goal.

This is absolutely something we need to change!

He does have a point though. Your ship should either be totally immune from ewar or not have that immunity at all. So either let them keep the ewar immunity and actually make them immune to both positive and negative ewar affects or remove that immunity from them and let them benefit and suffer from all ewar. Either choice is fine by me, but having immunity from negative ewar while at the same time being able to reap the benefits of positive ewar seems like an oversight that should be fixed.

It seems to me a ship that large should have plenty of room for specialized computers and shielding enabling it to do exactly that. Makes for a good argument as to why supercaps are the only ones with ewar immunity.

But its something to think about, that's just my opinion.

Maybe they could add a module slot to all of them, and make an e-war immunity module, so that a normal ship is vulnerable, but the pilot can choose to turn immunity to everything, good and bad, on or off as the situation demands.

I love that this long after the super nerf was announced that there are *still* ~elite~ PvPers willing to come to the forums to cry about it. God bless you, each and every one.

I actually like that idea - kinda like triage/siege mods.

Even a dread can hit a BS thats sitting still, while its in siege, any knowledge of game mechanics at all would allow you to dissect that BR without having to make this terrible thread.

If 5 titans do 3k damage to a ship it means all 5 of them were able to track it. But who knows if that BS was moving or not. I'm sure the PL killboard could tell the whole story a lot better?

A triple tracking computed titan gets the tracking of a snipe BS/Hac, considering that bonused tracking links are a lot more powerful than that, yeah, I still think the tracking is terribly broken. Also a dread has less than a fifth of the tracking of a titan, which is basically nothing. I've seen AB T3s die to loki-webbed dread guns, and you want to tell me that a Titan does not have enough tracking to track a BS that is moving?

I think it is highly doubtful that WN is capable of concentrating fire and EW on certain ships for a whole fight given the size here. It's more like titans sitting at 50km sniping BS with 30k volleys.

Let's talk to each other again in a year, when more moms have been replaced by titans and you regularly see 20-30 of them on field.

And no, I'm still not affiliated with -A-. I avoid being with sov alliances as well as I possibly can. -A- would most likely do the same if, well, -A- wasn't ****.
