Finally!!!

But that would be weird .... if the Caldari is getting a 3rd navy issue BS , what about other races???
Does that mean there would be Navy Issue Hyperions? Navy Issue Abaddons??

Some time back someone was pulling filed that indicated CCP has all the ships in paint jobs for the navy and all the major corporations associated with the ship's faction. Stuff like Ishukone Nagas and Navy Hyperions.

It doesn't really mean anything. They probably just keep them around specifically for videos, though when they first introduced the Aurium store, they had suggested skins might be an item to be sold at some point, but that would be purely aesthetic, and would not affect stats like an actual faction ship does.

I'll take the second option. We already have 2 missile boats in the form of the Navy Scorpion and Navy Raven.

CCP have been working on a system to reskin ships more easily, so they probably will be releasing more variants (which is good). So far I believe they have semi-confirmed navy tier 2 BCs (harbinger, etc). Navy drake will be hilarious.. it's going to have like 250 DPS.

is it that much different from the Vindicator?

Gallente Battleship Skill Bonus: 7.5% bonus to Large Hybrid Turret tracking speed per level
Minmatar Battleship Skill Bonus: 10% bonus to the velocity factor of stasis webifiers per level

The difference being the Rokh will get bonus to resist instead of webifiers .

A true adherence to the long range sniper role the Rokh has
