Yet another local chat in null post!!!!

We all know that every system in eve online know space , not w-space, has a communication beacon that allows us to chat in local chat but it also post in local who enter the system and who leaves.

My idea is to tie that safety option in to this like:

Make that option act like an IFF transponder.

Green means safe, can`t do anything hostile to any players...but add an option to be as u have IFF turned off in null sec,this way u won`t show up in local chat in null.
Yellow/red: means u can take take actions against other targets, by turning this option on the IFF will turn on to and you will appear in local.

Add a 20 or 30 ,or what ever time is balanced, seconds delay, in form of your ship synchronizing with local transponder/communication beacon, after that timer u can atk, light cynos etc.

This way will not remove local entirely but gives the option for those who want to remain hidden and those who don`t, and give more tactical option in the way of planning ambushes, encourages more active combat probe scanning of systems and give scouts more to do then warp cloaked to the gate to see if its camped(u never know who might be waiting in a system ready to jump on you).

I know you guys are gonna start trolling me " omg another option to make life easy for carebears who only pve" but remember pvp player can also take advantage of this in the fact that they can also move "undetected" and pve'ers won't run to the nearest hole when someone enters the system and gives the option to move large fleets "undetected".
