This is a public request to my friends here in the market community for an expansionary bond for Neutral Talent productions.

Loan amount requested: 25,000,000,000(25 billion)
Interest Rate: 3% monthly
Payments to be made: Monthly, at the 1st of each month.
Repayment date: No set date, I would like the option to "pay as I go" I.E. if I can pay 10bil one month, I would expect the following months interest to only be on 20bil, collateral may be held till all 30billion is repaid.

*payments on the collateral of the loan may be made anytime throughout the loan duration until it is fully paid off. For example, if half way through the month I put 10bil isk on the loan, the following next interest payment will be reduced to that amount, so 20bil interest instead of 30bil.

**What do I do**

I produce high quality components and super capital blueprint copies, and in partnership with Infinte Force, who gets all of the minerals together for the required ship and compresses them, I put everything together in one simple package in Jita 4-4 for supercapital producers.

**Why do I need more isk**

I am currently in an expansionary phase of my production. I have upgraded my infrastructure as well as taken on an additional account strictly for production. I am currently only running at aboot 50-60% capacity of what I could be, and the isk would help bring me up to 100% capacity, at which time I plan on expanding yet again should the demand be there.

**What will I do with the isk**

I will use the isk to purchase additional component blueprints as well as an additional supercarrier BPO should I deem it neccessary for my production. I also need a "reserve" amount of isk between myself and my partner as a means of buying the compressed portion off of him and selling the complete pack to my customers. I will also use the funds here and there as needed, for example an additional freighter for one of my newer toons for the other side of my private production.

**Where will the collateral be and what**

The collateral will all be located in Jita 4-4, the collateral is Tier 1 battlecruisers, which will only appreciate in value since they are currently at the "dump" price well below the build cost.

*The loan will commence as soon as I have an investor(s) for it.

I'll be using deposits from GISK to fill this. So it's actually already been filled!

Any bonds and loans I deal with, the minimum is 5b isk. So I would be a bad choice for a small investor. But there are many smaller investments with much lower minimums that might be better suited for you. They would probably pay higher interest rates as well.

As a first time investor just make sure you are very cautious, and always assume everyone is out to scam you. Never invest what you can't afford to lose!
