Using the faction/corp skins for limited edition ships is a waste.

Here are some ideas CCP

  • LP Stores change normal ship to skin of that corp (ISK Sink)
  • NEX Store sells skins you can apply to ships (MONEY!)

    • Advantage? people will actually fly the content you make rather than leave it in station gathering dust hoping one day they hold the last one which is worth billions.
    Honestly so many of the recent skins are wasted on being just collectors items. People want to have custom skins for ships, give them a new "module slot" which you equip paint/skins and then sell them via LP or AUR and start seeing awesome fleets of Kaalakiota black ships which makes your game look awesome.

    This is why they have six months to develop new feature's for us! No one said it had to be done in a night.
    Maybe though they should stop wasting all the skins they are working on with simple shinies when they could be improving the game with them.
    Both the ideas above would help EVE with ISK sinking or make CCP more money from the failure that was the NEX store.

    Yeah because its so hard to just add another item to the LP store.

    I'd rather have ships I can fly more than once vs some collectors crap.

    CCP encouraging sitting in a station and ship spinning? They added a counter for it after all.
