I, Lord Vaari, earl of Sosan VII, Golden Mountain, Founder and Despot of the Imperial Pharmacy, Great Miner, Skilled Industrialist, Guardian Angel of the Providence, Hero of the Providence, the Universe's Most Beloved Hero, Bane of the Witches, Lash of the Providence's Peasant Guard and many more impressive titles am shocked of recent event on caldari homeworld.

Not only Gallente Federation take foolish, altough courageous step outside the militia warfare borders, they risk to escalate ongoing conflict into massive, galactic war. It is entire different thing when few thousand independent spaceship captain fight, than empires of innumerable billions go to unrestricted war. What happen if our Holy Empire declares universal draft because of this and start massive invasion to the Republic and Federation? What happens if Republic do the same thing first? If caldari people keep something sacred, I think it is their homeworld. Federation is playing with fire and endangers us all.

Because of recent event, I, Lord Vaari renew my oath to her majesty, so not my allies nor my corporation member has any misunderstanding.

If Amarr Prime is ever threaten like caldarian homeworld was and is, I, Lord Vaari will use everything I have to defend it. I throw myself, my member and everything Imperial Pharmacy have to the invader. I have made clear to my subject, that I tolerate nothing less than full obedience, if I ever command them to the defence of my homeworld.

It goes without saying, Lord Vaari.

If anyone or anything invades the Empire, I fully expect the total weight of it's Holders and capsuleers to be there defending it.

Depending on who the attacker is, *I* might be there defending it.
