I'll start you off at 7b. It's an interesting character, but a lot of things still need to be worked through. You can buy a reasonably well-skilled carrier/super pilot for 20.

I'll bid 7.5. He's right, by the way. Your buy-out price would get you a decent super pilot. Also, speaking of a "clean thread," are you trying to mislead people as to implants? That char sheet suggests that you do not in fact have a full HG Slave set. A full set includes the Omega.
