Am looking to sell him just not sure when am completely ready to, got a few private party's interested but would like to see what the public will give for him. So am open to bids.

Has low sec status..
Has rank 37140 (out of 37919) in ISK per SP!

Since that site under rates most toons, Will set starting bid 9.5
