Hi Guys,
I need you help with one of the COSMOS missions. I'm unable to find Encoded Lai Dai Reports.
I have checked refinery... nothing. Same as nearby Contested Veldspar Site...

Found at the Contestet Caldari Lai Dai Refinery in the Airmia System.
Appears to drop roughly once per wave of Nugoeihuvi Defender ships in the room where the gate "Contested Plagioclase Field" leads.

Botomline: Kill and loot from the Nugoeihuvi Defender ships till u get the drop.
