Also looking for an estimate on how much this will run. budget between 5 up to 10 if it fits my requirements

I rather doubt you will get all this for your budget due to the amount of sp that would be required, youd be looking in the 30-50 mill sp range and with the focus you're looking for you'll be very lucky to find all you want for 10 bill.

I'd recomend looking for a nightmare pilot as there are usually a few floating around the market for ~10 bill with excellent gunnery/tank skills and train the t2 frigs/cruisers yourself, much less tedious than training the support skills and it means when you can sit in ships you can actually fly them.

budget is open for discussion... also looking for pilots with near this might not have everything i want but still an option.

post up close to this worth between 8 and 13 bill
