We here at Utopia Achura believe that the origins of our ancenstors are our inherent birthright. Saisio is the solar system where Achurians came into being. As such, we intend to reclaim this system and all its planets, moons, and resources. From here we will create our base of operations, manifesting the most elaborate research and production hub in high-sec. When we have fortified this system as our Utopia, we will expand our operations into low-sec and finally into null-sec.

If you are a fellow Achurian with a similar vision, we welcome you. As we focus on establishing our base of operations, our Utopia, there will be three primary phases. In our initial phase of development we will need primarily those who are seeking careers as prospectors and soldiers to gather resources and standing. Phase two will require the additional skills of both engineers and entrepreneurs focusing on research, construction, and trade, thereby solidifying our physical and economic infrastucture. Phase three will be a transitionary phase where Utopia Achura will look to expand our operations into low-sec. As such the main thrust of this phase will be investment and recruitmant of our special forces.
