Lets cut to the chase...

What I can offer...

-40 mil sp
-experienced combat pilot
-capital capable
-t3, logi, command ships at my disposal
-self sufficient with isk
-understands how to conduct myself during fleets/ops
-understands what is expected of certain roles
-has a freighter/orca support alt that I'm considering resubing also
-PVP capable although a little rusty from my time away
-minimum of 3 active nights a week
-mature laid back attitude

What I'm looking for....

-uk tz from 3pm onwards
-drama free friendly enviroment
-somewhere around gal/min space
-high or low sec
-PVP or mission corps
-gang/small fleets
-active coms
-active corp forums and/or killboards
-a quick and simple recruitment transition
-most important of all - FUN!

What I'm not looking for...

-sov/0.0 combat and the bullshit that goes with it
-clock watching CTAs
-lag busting blobs
-drama/infighting
-stagnant corps with no direction/little activity
-A full time job - 1 is enough thanks

I'm 29, live in the uk, im active atleast 3 nights a week, pretty much done everything eve has to offer. I have recently come back to the game after 2 years away. I use eve to chillax and to switch off at the end of a long day of work. I'm just looking for laid back fun where real life comes first, I can make isk, have a laugh with like minded folk and chat **** whilst we shoot stuff, more can be disclosed as/when I'm asked

Ill be brief, we are;

-A reforming corp
-Accepted into 0.0 sov alliance
-No mandatory ops (or CTAs)
-You will not have to do blob warfare
-All other types of pvp fleet are availible
-0.0 Access and its treasures.
-US/EU TZ (yours is about the same as mine)

My corp is in Amarr FW. I think FW could offer you what you are looking for. It's relaxed/serious as you want it to be. You can solo, you can fleet, you can fly cheap and you can get the shineys out sometimes. Logi pilots always in demand for the bigger fleets if you like that, plus command links, so your strengths could make you plenty valuable to FC's.

T-Way sounds like a perfect home for you mate. We are mostly UK, all mature (most of the time!) and all play eve for a RL escape in some form or another. Your skill set sounds like you would be a great addition to our corp. We are a pretty close knit community, small enough that everyone knows each other, but big enough that there is usually someone on (During EU TZ).

I will add that we are in the process off hopefully moving to null, but not the kind of null you have stated you are not interested in, i too have littl want to get tied in cta's and blob warfare etc, just an up front warning.

The Ugly Ass Kickers or Red is Dead would be a good home for you. We are based in Vecamia which is close to Dodixie. We have ship replacement and jump clones for trips in Null.

We are laid back and like to have a lot of fun. The corps are looking to expand our higher SP pilots to perform more ops within the corp/alliance.

Start the day off slow and taper off from there.
