New Solo Exploration Ship? Or is the Tengu still the best?

Coming back to eve after a little break. Want to do exploration, all over. Ninja Exploration. I used to do Gurista space in Null in a Dominix. A bit of a challenge to sneak in and out but not impossible.

Reading the threads, it's either Tengu or Ishtar for Gurista Space.

Is the Ishtar still worth it with the Drone Changes?

What about Angel Space? Serpentis? Blood Raider? Sansha?

I'm looking for best solo ship in each case. Reloads are NOT a problem. Nor is

btw: I only do "combat" sites, so don't worry about Codebreakers and such. Not needed.

(And yes, all spaces, except wormhole... And I know some harder sites cannot be done solo. I'll skip those)

Thanks in advance.

Tengu is still pretty much king.

Ishtar is still highly viable; NPCs don't chew up sentry drones with the same alacrity as other drones. In fact, I've never had one agro'd. Along the same lines, the Proteus can be a beast with its extra space for drone damage mods (you may have missed those; low slot, much better than sentry drone augmentors). Gila is similarly capable and generally better in Angel space.

I see no reason not to be using a gun ship honestly.

I find that outside of places with heavy TD/Nuets the Legion is really solid as an alternative to the Tengu. The degree of separation is not extreme and, largely, this can be said of any T3. Ishtar is still good (as is Gila), but you don't get some of the benefits of T3 and mobile DPS > stationary DPS (imo).

Nerfing High-sec is never the answer. It is the question. The answer is 'YES'.

with its EM heavy damage is its applied dps even comparable against anything that isn't drone, sansha, or blood?
