How to disband a one man corp?

While I was looking for a new corp/home I created a one man corp, just to get to know the corp mechanics, and understand it better. I would like to disband the corp now, can anyone tell me how to?

Keep in mind you can never re open this later.

Right click yourself and resign as CEO.
