I have a number of suggestions I've been thinking about the past few months. I got a few suggestions I'll try not to get outrageous them. I didn't exactly spend a lot of time in the forum but I didn't see any of these. I hope i don't duplicate many. I realize I am more than likely not the first to post some (or most) or these, but they didn't pop up when i tried searching for key words.

1) Put arrows on the scroll bars. Navigating the chats looking for key information can be difficult if you bar jumps up to high or low. ( Shoot whoever took them off.... immediately)

2) Add a message that displays wanted information. (With a check box that say don't warn me anymore.) That will display before entering a system where you are considered an outlaw. We have one for low sec, I don't think this is too farfetched.

3) Many of the commodities are not used for anything except missions. Maybe a secondary nature can be added for them to become consumables
3a) Archaelogical dig sites on planets may be a good excuse to make worker or slaves consumable.
3b) Alternative track manufacturing e.g. Workers/slaves+ computer electronics + Bio Gel ...= nanite repair paste.

4) Hidden space - more gameplay for he explorers who feel the game has peaked. Adding static hidden gates in low security space will give pilots a reason explore again. I would hope these gates would remain invisible on the map even if explored. The idea being to give a sense of the unknown without making it feel like a wormhole.

5) Disable forced decloak when entering new systems

6) Drones auto agro attackers if deployed (regardless of targetting ability)

7) Ability to rename drones

8) Terraforming- New skill to adjust the available resources per planet during Planetary Interaction

9) New T2 turret ammo to provide a variety in damage type

10) Mid slot mods to extend the range of smarbombs, low slot mods to increase the damage

11) Increase the strength of ECM mods and drones. (slightly)

12) Ping items within containers and ships that qualify under search parameters in the assets tab

13) Add option in map menu to search for systems visited within the last 24 hours, week, month

14) Allow drone types to be mixed withing a group

15) Add effects to clothing (+2% Webifier range, +3% Tracking disruptor effectivenes, ETC) Make it worth Something other than a fashion statement

16) More clothing

17) T3 drones. Can be loaded with different types of ammo.. return to ship to retrieve ammo once out
17a) Missle launching drones?

18) Minnie carriers - Add Mod to the high slot that allows you to deploy 1 extra drone per mod? 5 max? 3 max? ......

18) its already in game ...it called Drone Control Unit I, adds 1 extra drone per unit... limited to carriers/supercarriers and it should stay that way.
15) clothes bonuses are useless since u do not have any when u are in a pod... yeah u are naked in there.
14) u can mix drone types.... u can launch heavies,mediums and lights at the same time and u can mix drones as u want...1 hob 1 hornet 1 acolyte and 1 warrior if u want to.
9) adding more t2 ammo will be good... to have more options but mixing dgm types can`t be done...missiles u can have all 4 damages, as for other types of weapons systems, lasers do only EM/thermal dmg because they are directed energy weapons so it can`t produce explosive(it needs a war head to do the explosion) and kinetic (witch needs a solid projectile at high speeds to create kinetic energy) same goes for blasters witch are electromagnetic weapons , fire a plasma projectile at high speeds witch produces thermal damage because plasma has insane high temperatures and kinetic from the speed of the projectile.
Making t2 ammo that will have different stats will be better like, low damage high tracking standard range ammo etc.
6) there's already a rudimentary system for that set drone to aggressive...and will engage targets that start to fire at you.Drone UI and behavior needs an overhaul that's for sure.

Now for my own ideas:

1) Add the equivalent of tacking enhancers and computers for missiles, to be able to increase range or have better explosion radius and velocity.
2) Add ecm module against missiles, similar to Tracking Disruptors but designed to affect missiles and to compensate look at point number 1).
3) Overhaul the drones AI and control interface...its way to outdated.

18) yeah.. rare ships. Northing normal. I've seen drone boats that have turrets and missles... but I would like to see a drone only platform. maybe a prophesy, ishtar, or myrm that has no hardpoints or few hardpoints and a bonus for the drone inerface mod. Honestly I look at this as more a BC class... frigates, anc cruisers, have plenty of variety. There isn't much in the way of BCs faction, T2 or otherwise....
15) Implants are useless in your pod. So should we get rid of them too?
14) hobgoblins, acolytes, warrior..... they are the same type of drone...I'm talking about putting an ECM drone or webifier drone in with medium combat drones or somthing.
9) T1 ammo does many damage types. I don't think its that farfetched fot T2 to do the same damage types. I really can't think of any rational way to explain why it shouldn't.
6) Drones will not aggro anything if you deploy them after being attacked, unless told to do so. I think aggressive should help in this situation but currently it doesn't.


As far as your ideas
1) you have BCUs, Target painters, and rigs.... and they all have T2 versions
2) Defender missles are pretty easy to train
3) In what way would you improve the drone interface

OP, I appologise in advance, but in this circumstance, I need to be cruel to be kind. This is for your own good.

2) You can check and avoid any systems in the map. It's up to you to monitor where your going and how likely you are to be shot. The game is not here to baby sit you.

4) A static site, that doesn't appear on the overview... In lowsec... WArp to it once and bookmark it. How is that adding an 'unknown' element? This would do nothing for exploration. What It would do is become a gank site for pirates. Thats why the lowsec statics were removed in the first place.
Increasing the spawn rate of sites in lowsec would create a lot more content without the obvious gank trap of a static site.

5) So you can afk autopilot while cloaked. How about no.

6) As already pointed out, it's called the 'Aggressive' setting.

8) We don't own planets. Also, terra-forming takes long periods of time. Like hundred of years.
--> Allowing dust bunnies to affect the resources of a planet would be a good idea though.

9) You mean "T2 PROJECTILE" ammo. We aren't psychic. We don't know what your talking about unless you actually tell us. I think the current ammo if fine. As pointed out, an ammo with better tracking would be much more appreciated.
--> Personally I think missiles should lose a damage type, probably EM. It would make things more fair.
Oh, and I am saying that as a missile user.

10) No. No. NO! Smart bombs are more than powerful enough.

11) Your an idiot. ECM is more than powerful enough. It even has a lowslot mod to improve it, which is something all other ewar lacks!

14) Your an idiot. You can mix any drone you want into any group. You can launch any drones you want in any quantities, as long as you only have 5 drones maximum and your bandwidth does not exceed the amount your allowed.
Your a double idiot because you have already been told this and your saying the guys wrong!

15) There is no word in any language that has ever, or ever will exist, for the bounds of your idiocy. Please, do explain how a cool jacket can improve your ability to use a ship module. Go back to WoW.
As for implants being useless in a pod, go read how capsule fitted ships work. read what a Capsuleer does. I hope then you will realise how stupid what you just said was.

16) I think this is the only part of your entire post I agree with.

18) There is a limit of 5 drones because of the demand on the servers. Adding more things to render, track and calculate will slow the servers even more. They have enough work to do already.

I suggest that if you want to make suggestions, you actually look into the things your suggesting first. Follow Radhe Amatins example, his ideas are bloody good:

1) Missile version of TE/TC - Hell yes.
@ OP - yes, there are rigs already. BCU's change nothing about flight time/velocity or explosion radius/velocity. There are rigs that increase tracking, optimal and falloff for guns, but there is still tracking enhancers and computers. Why shouldn't missiles get a similar module?

2) Yes. Not sure tracking disruptors should affect missiles, but I think the weapon disruption skills and ships bonused for them should also affect this module.
@ OP - yes, defender missiles are easy to train, They are also a pile of **** and can only be used on a ship with a launcher slot. That means many ships cannot use it.

3) For the love of God, YES!
Making the interface more intuitive would be a good start. Less right clicking, more direct buttons and shortcuts. More information on our drones would be great too. Hovering over a symbol for them, like over weapon buttons in the HUD, and having them show statistics would be great too.
