We have lived here for 3 years, the static C3 means you can roll WHs to get a nice income as much as you like, the C4 sites are a peace of cake with the cap providing support.

We wish to sell with the caps and looking for at 5bil3bil2.5bil ONO for all 3 caps + 3rd party fees if applicable. Atm we are not actually charging for the WH itself.

the WH should hopefully be available within the next 2 weeks.
