Looking for a orca pilot

PRIMARY skills or MUST:

Leadership 5
Mining Director 5
Mining Foreman 5
Warfare Link Specialist 5
Cybernetics 5
Industrial Command Ships 4-5

SECONDARY skills, or also will good:

Production Efficiency 5
Mass Production 5
Laboratory Operation 5
on the whole, it's desirable to have any skills for t1 production and for ME PE research

ADDITIONALLY:
Skills are welcome:
corporation management
squad\wing\fleet command
refine\ore processing
freighter (matar prefer)
standing with amarr near 6

Also, no extraneous SP in gunnery, rockets, etc. please. Will not penalize for pvp skills, but won't pay more for them, either.
Will consider all offers.
