Ive tryed to Transfer 3 times, i get this error:
Target Character already involved in a transfer
i messed up first time by having char logged on, how long does it take for this to refresh so i can start transfer?
Can a GM plz look at this

I think that means that you can only have one active transfers at a time.

either you or the buyer has an active transfer for corresponding account.
