Improve search function of the Bounty Office

If I were a bounty hunter, I'd be less interested in who am I hunting and more in how much money I could make, and if I have any chance of actually collecting that bounty.

Honestly, EVE Who and EVE Kill are enough to fulfill the second requirement, but it would be nice if we could search bounty ranges without giving a specific name. This way, bounty hunters could actually use the Bounty Office for something, while also providing an incentive to use location services from agents (EVE needs more people voluntarily using isk sinks). For example:

Name of corporation: (Left empty)
Minimum bounty: 200.000.000 isk
Maximum bounty: 250.000.000 isk

The results can be spread in pages with 10 entries each.

Make it idiot-proof and someone will make a better idiot.
