Must be able to Compress all ores/Ice, JDC/JFC to 4s and Capital tractor beam

Boosting skills are a bonus.

Max SP 30m, Anything after ill never need. Basic of all basic rorq toons.

Has a bit extra like BS5 and such that could of went somewhere useful... at that price dont think so yet.

zehel has perfect shield tanking, and when i mean perfect, its everything on engieniring at level 5
has perfect boost:
Leadership / Rank 1 / Level: 5 / SP: 256,000 of 256,000
Mining Director / Rank 5 / Level: 5 / SP: 1,280,000 of 1,280,000
Mining Foreman / Rank 2 / Level: 5 / SP: 512,000 of 512,000

he is a charon pilot
comes with mindlink implant and a set of +5s also...

he is a very strong rorqual pilot, and a perfect orca pilot...

Any out there that can Boost, Deploy, has JDC trained, Tractor beam and shields? not just boost or jump.. lol
