Very interesting study on pose, just it feels like the head is bit too tilted. Try moving the head a bit back & tinker with shoulder poses to try and separate more the head from the shoulders. Yours is an interesing avatar nonetheless, will give a 9/10 and god knows i am not inclined to hand out high scores.

well, here is what i like, the Boyish look you gave her with the piecings looks awsome , i like you lighting - BUT there is one thing that drags you down, the "open mouth" , because of that, you get a 6 insted of a 7..
