We do everything out here except Incursions. A very strong Industrial wing comprising at last count 12 Rorquals and squads of Hulks, to a Cap fleet including many Super Caps. We even have activities to keep our station spinners happy like Zombie Lotto, optimized for ingame performance.

Belt rats worth up to 1.8mil each
Many system upgrades providing constant Havens and Sanctums (best ratting anomolies in the game)
Systems upgraded to provide best chances of finding wormholes and DED plex's.
Red space not too far away to make roaming fleets fun and rewarding.
