Must be able to pilot Rorqual.
Must have NO kill rights out on you right now.

Would REALLY like it if:


you have ore processing skills at level 3+
you can FULLY fit the Rorqual (meaning you can fit Jump clone bay and have decent fitting skills [jury rigging, etc])
you have some Trade/Science/Corp/Planet Management skills
you have implants/jump clones/pos wallet/are in high sec space/have neutral-good security standings


These are not all rquired but would love to have.

I don't mind it if you have "wasted" skills, but don't expect them to increase the character's worth to me, please.

I would like my budget to be 10bil or lower, but may have access to more if the character is worth it for me.

Fits a fair amount of your requirements; currently received a 13b B/O, but have to wait until later on tonight until I hear anything. Roles are dropped as of 1700 tonight approx but ready to transfer immediately after.
