I'm potentially looking to sell a gallente subcap/cap pilot

Some of his important skills:
Gallente frig, cruiser, BS 5
Small, medium, large guns 5
Sentries/ heavy drones 5
All gunnery supports 5
Carrier 4
Dread 4
Jump skills 5/5/4
Strategic cruiser 4, all subsystems at 5
Cybernetics 5

This isn't a supercap pilot, he has reasonable cap skills, but is a lot more focused on subcaps. He's well skilled to take advantage of the upcoming gallente changes.

The character evaluator values him at 12B, but sometimes that's not particularly accurate.

Thanks for the bump, but I paid 8B for him back when he had 40m SP, and no capital skills. He's gained quite a bit since then, so I'd like to think his value has increased as well.

Thanks for the interest, but I'm not desperate to sell him :) (and definitely not for under 12)
In fact I'm not entirely sure if I want to sell. I'm trying to find out how much he would go for to see if he's worth selling, or whether I should just keep training him.
