Hello mders, and friends,

Year ago I fully came back to eve and restarted everything.As you see I didn't end on a very good note with my last venture I was month late with payouts for 3 people from my list of 15invenstors.

What happened?:
Life situations can't even exactly remember everything.But since 45% of my income came from trading it really impacted my ability to liquidate at the time I promised.I even had to resort to selling few alts that I didn't value so much.Its ironic because when I came back to eve I had 15billion in invetion bpcs which would have been more than enough but with no time you can't cash that out in 2days.

The bad stuff:
I was greedy, but people cooled my head off so in the end I changed the offering and I was holding 15billion(instead of 50b) in public money.
I should have had enough liquid cash aside to avoid situations like that, because sometimes life hits us fast.

The good stuff:
Everyone was happy that they got their money+interest even if few got them a month later.I also kept my e-honorLol
I lowered my trading to 20% and upped my manufructuring to 80% after I came back to eve so that I never run into situation like this again(my manufructuring stuff can be sold for huge profit even to buy orders).I ended up much richer than before.When I came back to eve I had something around 40b in total from initial start of 10b cash.

Present:
I'm sitting on 120b assets(items,misc,cash) which I use to make 25-40b monthly.I have real life relatives who are helping run some of the operations in my corporation(I'm out for standings raise then I will rejoin)to prvent burnout.I'm currently expanding greatly(by adding more alts) so after 2months I will be earning 70b monthly.

Future:I'm planning to ask for 30b public cash to buy new accounts so instead of waiting 2months I can make that 70b in the same month.I'm planing to give 8% interest rate per month and run the IPO for 3months.Nothing will change regarding how I earn cash.Build tech 2 and trade.Simple and short.


Possible questions you may have which I will answer in this small Q&A:

Q: Will you provide api to prove that you have these assets?
A: No I will not for security reasons.

Q:Will you provide collateral
A:No because I've tied all my capital

Q:Will you provide audit
A:No I've been through 2before and going through one now will put my golden chicken at risk.

Q:Why after 17th of march?
A:Because we're in mercury retrograde right now and no new jobs, contracts or deal will go smoothly.

Q:Will you scam?
A:I do not plan to scam people .Any invesment you make you make is at your own risk.

With a rocky previous offering, no collateral, API, or anything to that effect, how might you instill confidence for potential future investors?

Use your own money, you are way past the point of "public money makes sense", claiming you earn 20b-45b month, what is 30b going to do?

Answering each other in order of questions on thread even though I have the feeling some of you didn't read the OLD topic or the investor replys in it:

-As stated I'd like to discuss if people would trust me with money for my future offering despite the unsecured terms.

-It is my own opinion as well as most of my past investors opinion that my last venture didn't failed, until the last month I paid
every dividend on time.The last month when life hit me I was only a month late, but all isk was returned including the interest for keeping the cash longer.Failed would mean that I scammed or no interest was paid which was not the case.

-Most people bring confidence with reputation or collateral, I don't have much of either, and previously my IPO was classified as a High risk venture by VV when he made the audit.Yet it still ended on positive terms and many happy investors.

-Like posted in the topic 30b will be used for purchase of chars, it takes 2months to train one and time is money.Yes I can buy those accounts on my own and it will take me some time after purchase before they make me profit.I wanted to avoid that.

-Currently I make 750m+ per day http://postimage.org/image/divxu4tcv/ .I operate only in Jita because the selling speed there is godly.Sometimes when I bring in the stock I'm sold out in a matter of 30minutes, I can expand to other regions only if I see that it takes me more than a day to sell out, but so far I've never waited that long.As stated above and in the thread I will use this money to buy several new alts that's all.

The ships that I do not use as often can amount to 6bil collateral.I will look for more later.

Good luck with bond if you'll actually make it.
But in my opinion 30b unsecured is too much even for a person who ran previous bond successfully.
Especially with all those "no-noes" .

But you can try, doesn't hurt.

The last time I ran my venture was just 3weeks after Bad bobby had performed his titans4u scam and EBANK was still trying to grind rep by repayng something like 50% of what they took.So in terms of when was worse time to start something like this I'd say it was before.

No I never said anywhere I do not have enough money.I mentioned that If I'm to use my own money to purchase the accounts the profit from their work will come slower because I will have to use profit capital that I normally use to purchase more and more minerals for example because more of x makes more of y..So instead of making 70b from the first month I will have to satisfy myself with my current income of 25b+ for at least month and half after I purchase the accounts.If I have the investor cash I can make those 70b 5-6weeks and half after I have the accounts.Hopefully that clears it out for you.

Thank you for your reply.

After reading, it appears the confidence instilled would perhaps be only that of previous investors ending on positive terms from a previous offering you performed back when you played before. Kudos for working it out with them despite any 'rocky' points and winding up with satisfied investors.

You make a good point that the IPO was classified as high risk. It would seem this offering would also be following suit. I see nothing wrong with having a high risk offering and it would just be up to the potential investors if they are willing to commit based on the confidence level versus risk they feel comfortable with.

I have an additional question if you would: Do you feel the goal is one of needing the funds from the offering as little or as much as you state or is it more for increasing rep for future offerings to help increase confidence again based on another satisfied investor scenario?

It seems there is not much inconvenience involved in the situation you would find yourself in should you not get the funds, just one of making the income target price sooner. (If I am interpreting your numbers correctly.)

This thread is about you running an IPO.

Buisnesses run IPOs / bonds because they do not have enough money.

They collect money from investors until the cost of collecting money balances out with the ROI

I know you don't want to divulge your API details or get an audit.

Show me a screenshot of your wallets with lots of transactions and a decent balance or some of the items you own and I might invest.


If not screenies show Grendell, Chribba or VV and have them confirn you are worth 120B.
They will not divulge your secerets or steal your ideas.


If you are genuinely worth that much ISK and show you make that return I may invest.

If not I doubt you will get many takers.

I think i'm like others here little confused with what you need or want the cash you've tried to explained you dont need it but want to make expansion smoother to get your profits up to the levels you want sooner.

now you havent stated the current size of you operations and how many toons you currently use but you say you need help to run your current operations with family helping out now from the sounds of it your more then going to double the size of your operation to get your profit margins up that high. so how do you know you can cope with running an operation that size sounds like your going to need more help but you dont state this in your post not that you stated much of anything really.

a more natural expansion using your own cash would to me be a sounder bet expanding buying a toon a week using the profit and cash you've got to grow your operation would get you to the same level without the pressures of a public IPO and allow you to better cope with the increasing size of your operations

you stated your first offering nearly failed because you where to greedy this here smacks of you looking to make the same mistake again.
