Starting would be 18 bil but keep in mind that it has all the needed skills for carrier and supercarrier at 5 like

gallente carrier 5
capital ships 5
fighter and bomber at 5
jump cal 5

those are long skills and they are done. just need some polishing for repair skills and armor skills

i would expect a good offer for such a valuable toon

wont get rid of it til the super is bought tho
