hey there, looking for a good Minmatar or gallente char!

Must haves
- large T2 projectiles / hybrids along with decent support skills in gunnery
- T2 medium drones
- Minmatar / gallente BS 5
- Maruders skill at lvl 4
- Positive wallet
- Good sec status

standings would be a plus, but not required.
