Not really. If I was thinking clearly I would realize 5-15 mill in rigs is much cheaper than a 200 mill hull.

In essence there is not really anything wrong with that. Think of it this way, he keeps a large array of fellow capsuleers busy wile making them (slightly) richer. Miners, W-space explorers, inventors, ship builders, module manufactures, haulers, traders, etc.
And because all that milling about to get him the things he wants, it even creates chances for pirates, extortionists, gankers, campers, etc.
I for one are all for internet spaceship hoarding, everybody wins....Blink

And to the OP (and on topic), it is indeed a lot cheaper to change the rigs now and then. But then again, I spend a lot of time in W-space, I too have several T III's....
