Looking for a well rounded Char for PVP
-Gallente Frigate/Cruiser 5 a must. Can be cross trained. Should probably be able to fly a strategic cruiser but not mandatory.
-No need for caps/subcaps
- Electronic Attack Ships a big plus.
-No missile chars
~12 Bil budget.

I like your char, but it's not exactly what I'm looking for. The gunnery and ship skills are a little more diluted than I needed. I can make an offer of 6.5b. Typo
