WTB average carrier pilot, or drone pilot.

I'm looking for a carrier pilot or a possible drone pilot, my budget isn't really high.
The carrier pilot must have drone skills and must be one of the three races listed below.
Amarr(the one I want most), gallente or caldari (these two don't have higher priorities then the other)
For a drone pilot I am looking for T2 sentries and possibly Ishtar trained.

Skills that would be nice
(Capitals only)navigation: Jump drive calibration 4, jump fuel conservation 4, jump drive operation 4 or 5
(All) Sentry drone interfacing 5, Drone interfacing 5, either shield or armor skills with T2 tank
