As the title states.

Pilot has to meet all the following requirements:

Be able to fly Thanatos, Chimera or Archon with at least Carrier IV.
Have Sentry drone Interfacing V.
Have capital armor skills (Archon) or shield tanking skills (Chimera/Thanatos).
Have Gallente Federation standing no lower than -0,5 before Diplomacy bonus.

Budget somewhat flexible, 20bil.

Time is of the essence with this character sale. Already got a buyer with a BO of 21bill, he still has not confirmed sale, so is still up for sale at this moment of time. A lot of bang for your buck, if it was say smart if gallants with this skilling you would be looking to spend 25+ bill, I'm not new though so have a look if you wish :)
