Any idea when this is coming? I had heard the developer was going to include the changes 1 week after the patch, but obviously that didn't happen.

Make it idiot-proof and someone will make a better idiot.

There's a beta up on the forum thread.
I'll be making the bugfixes of the reported bugs and make a release quality build soon (tm)
