I returned like 1 week ago back to EVE and reactivated my alt. back yestarday.

I transferred 8b to one of my accounts yesterday.

All CCP did was shift one of my threads at Eve-O.

Yes but apparently had you transferred 442m ISK you'd be in big trouble! 8b is ok though.

also you wanted to contribute to the high PLEX demand (ignoring the price controls set by CCP), so don't complain - you had it coming.
Next time sell PLEX instead of buying them.
