Character Bazaar

Looking for a new main character to fill an empty slot. As the title says there is no budget so list what you got as long as it fits the requirements.

Single or double Race
Must have core competency elite
Must have turrets for each race trained to specialized IV (long and short range), small to large, as well as fully trained comps
Must have appropriate shield and/or armor skills maxed for races of focus
Would like all sub caps available in the main race or races of focus
Capital skills are a plus but not necessary

I would entertain characters that have skill points from 50 million - 120 million range. Will pay appropriately. I'm not interested in low balling anyone and will pay for quality. Let me see what you have. Thank you.

Thanks for the post, Enaya is missing a ton of armor and shield comps. Multi race isn't bad but none of it is focused. Still looking.

Fuerlocke I really like the gunnery skills however the armor and shield comps are lacking. How do you feel about 27 Billion
