With exactly 2 months of training, this pilot can be turned into a perfect T3 pilot with pretty much no more support skills to train other than compensation skills.

With exactly 1 month, this pilot can be turned into a perfect Minmatar Battleship pilot. After that, it would only take another month to start sitting in cap ships.

With exactly 11 days, it can be turned into a perfect Frigate pilot.

With about 17 days, if it really matters, you could get all armor compensation skills maxed.

In other words, if you wanted to make this an absolute perfect Minmatar sub cap pilot, it would take less than 4 months. The funny thing is, I'm not marketing it as that, I'm marketing it as a specialized pilot that has very good skills when it comes to Cruisers or Frigates. It has fairly decent skills with Battleships.

Someone can buy this pilot for 8 or 9 and sell it for 11 or 12 in the future with a few months training. You do not know the skills of this pilot as well as I do. It takes very, very little to make this a Perfect Minmatar Subcap pilot.

I think that 9b is not too much to ask. I am experienced in selling pilots, and I know that it's normal to get ****** offers at first. I was offered 3b by people like you for a pilot that ended up selling for 7b (I sold it for 7b - I mean that I was lucky to not give it up for ****** offers).

People who are new to selling characters do not need people like you ruining their gameplay. Go steal from someone else.

EDIT: By perfect subcap, I am referring to the ships that I can fly already (which are generally the most commonly used Minmatar ships). I forgot about the few ships that I can't fly yet in the process of typing the above, but my point remains the same.
