I've just started flying logi and I'm trying to work out hard numbers for how much I'm repping.

For example, the medium shield transporters I'm using heal for 246 per 5 on shields. I'm using 3 which is about 732 per 5 seconds. divide this by five and you get 146.

To me this means I can "counter" 146 incoming DPS with those reps. This is of course before things like resists or transverses and enemy skills come into effect, but gives me a good mental yardstick on how much I'm able to rep something.

I'm trying to work the numbers on the repair drones but I can't find numbers for them? Does anyone know about them?

while the drones are in your drone bay, they will show the stats that should repair after skills/mods, just right click on them and show info, then multiply by the amount of drones you have, hope that helps.
