hi i have a CNR with this fit i use.
http://eve.battleclinic.com/loadout/23851-Raven-Navy-Issue-Proper-CNR-mission-fit.html
only think different is i use a gist c type large shield booster also my 4th bcu is Tech 2 not CN.

My question is the guy said it breaks the 800dps (missles only ) but for me i only get 580dps(missles)
my
cruise missles is at 4
BS is 4
Rapid launch 5
missile launching operations 5
warhead upgrade 3

5% damage slot 6 cruise missiles
5% launch speed slot 10 missiles

i am not worrying about sig size or explosion velocity, i just want to look at the dps number on the missles. so as you can see, i have pretty much maxed my damage but still not even remotely close to the 800 missiles dps. Even if i train cruise and bs to 5 and warhead upgrade to 5 that only adds something like 15% which brings up to about 670 dps still no where near 800.

Am i missing a skill or something?

thanks everyone

Oops i didnt realize drones are included in that etf. Is there anyway to find out the missiles dps only from that chart?

EFT says 5 Hammerheads II are 158 DPS at all lv V, don't know for sure but I would assume its in the right ballpark.

If you're serious on using the RNI to its full potential, train Cruise missiles to V (and the Specialization to IV).
Fury cruises will greatly improve your DPS against NPS Battleships.

I'm using the same hardwires with fury ammo. With all skills to 5 except cruise spec at 4, it does a little over 890 w.out drones.

Fury cruises have larger exp radius than torps. You'll need painters, not just rigors, to apply its paper dmg. I wouldn't bother.

Consider crosstrain Winmatar instead of pumping SP into lvl5 missile and Caldari skills. You'll do better with FOTM lvl4s than nerfed lvl5s.

Yeah right. Have you even compared the explosion radius of fury cruise + 3 rigors with the signature of a NPC Battleship ?

1. Good lord, that's a **** fit. Here's my fit when I decide to run missions nowadays:

[Raven Navy Issue, MJD]
Caldari Navy Ballistic Control System
Caldari Navy Ballistic Control System
Caldari Navy Ballistic Control System
Caldari Navy Ballistic Control System
Signal Amplifier II

EM Ward Field II
Thermic Dissipation Field II
Adaptive Invulnerability Field II
Gist A-Type X-Large Shield Booster
Phased Weapon Navigation Array Generation Extron
Large Micro Jump Drive

Cruise Missile Launcher II, Scourge Fury Cruise Missile
Cruise Missile Launcher II, Scourge Fury Cruise Missile
Cruise Missile Launcher II, Scourge Fury Cruise Missile
Cruise Missile Launcher II, Scourge Fury Cruise Missile
Cruise Missile Launcher II, Scourge Fury Cruise Missile
Cruise Missile Launcher II, Scourge Fury Cruise Missile
Cruise Missile Launcher II, Scourge Fury Cruise Missile
[empty high slot]

Large Warhead Rigor Catalyst II
Large Warhead Rigor Catalyst I
Large Warhead Rigor Catalyst I

Garde II x3
Hobgoblin II x5

Replace MJD with Shield Boost Amplifier if you don't like to hop around.

With maxed out skills and no impants, this baby will push out just a wee bit over 1k dps with gardes and 829 dps without drones. Skills influencing raw missile damage output are:
- Caldari Battleship
- Warhead Upgrades
- Cruise Missiles
- Cruise Missile Specialization
- Missile Launcher Operation
- Rapid Launch

Plus of course the usual assortment for actual application. Do note that the fit is very tight on cpu, meaning you'll need great support skills to pull it off.

1: You're comparing a high damage T2 missile to a basic T1 torpedo
2: Fury cruise with 2 T1 and 1 T2 rigor has an explosion radius of 223. This means it'll hit NPC Battlecruisers for maximum damage without target painter. he only thing cruise missiles have issues with is frigates and elite cruisers.

As the above posters pointed out, you are clueless.
