PI scanning tool vanished

A regression hit the last update - when you go into planet mode, the scan and build menus have vanished.

you've probably minimized the new info panels. Just highlight the planet name and it'll activate the old UI element you're used to seeing if you click the ringed planet icon or the little triangle to the left of it.
