I'm looking to be redundantly clear with the skill changes coming up in regards to racial destroyers/battlecruisers. After reading the dev-blog this is what I am thinking should happen even though it doesn't fit the "if you could fly it before you can fly it after" because for each races Interdictor you would have needed the racial frigate to 5.

Currently:
Gallente Frigate IV & Destroyers V
Minmatar Frigate IV & Destroyers V

After Skill Changes:
Gallente Frigate IV & Gallente Destroyers V
Minmatar Frigate IV & Minmatar Destroyers V

Let me know before I rush train each Frigate 5 just to be safe.

You do not need the frigates to V to get the racial destroyer skills. Just like you don't need the cruisers to V to get the racial battlecruisers.

Before:
Gallente Frigate IV
Minmatar Frigate IV
Destroyers V
Gallente Cruiser III
Minmatar Cruiser III
Battlecruisers V

After:
Gallente Frigate IV
Minmatar Frigate IV
Gallente Destroyer V
Minmatar Destroyer V
Gallente Cruiser III
Minmatar Cruiser III
Gallente Battlecruiser V
Minmatar Battlecruiser V

When I finally do make an impact on this universe, it will reverberate across the entirety of it, and no one will be able to truthfully claim they don't know me. - -
