Why Aren't Tinfoil Hats Available In The Nex Store?

There is no tinfoil left in New Eden. At the moment the Minmatar have procured all there is to be had and are using it in conjunction with massive amounts of Duct tape to repair the empire's battle fleet.

That was in India, a heavily-regulated communist state. we (the USA) deregulated the railroads in 1980, and you don't see passengers (non-paying, in this case) hanging off the sides of cars like that. A heavily regulated railroad like the ones in India are required to haul everyone, regardless of ability to pay, or safety of passenger capacity. deregulated railorads can say "get the hell off before you get kill, you damn freeloader"...hence, dergulation = safrer passenger travel.
