As the title says, looking for a very good PVE pilot

Dont really have a budget but willing to pay for the right character but must have a minimum of 30M SP and good NPC standings.

Post links here and also prices, any posted without prices will be ignored.

-9.9 standings (pirate)
one clone with slaves plants in slots 1-5
one clone with standard plants in slots 1-5
both clones in npc low sec. one jump from high sec

Fighters 5
pos guns 4
can fly up to and including
mini carrier
mini black ops
tengu
loki
all 4 races bs
Marauders

Interested but the negative status is a bit of a problem considering this character will be a Highsec dweller.
