Any word on whether these will also be changed? A Navy Torp Phoon would be very nice. Surely not that hard to implement?

Next command ships, then battle ships, then T2 ships then I believe it will be T3 lastly faction ships.

If you don't follow the rules, neither will I.

As i understand next battleships to rebalance, then comand ships. Rebalancing of T2 and T3 vessels will move together. Look - comand ships and linking role of T3 cruisers anounced together.

ANd it is good question indeed - why navy cruisers are not rebalanced yet and what can we expect from BS rebalancing
