Your punctuation is backwards. The question mark should be on the first part, and the exclamations on the second and third.

you should narrow this down to those CCP who make themselves visible to the playerbase

because if it's CCP-wide, I would nominate someone who maintains hardware, or combs through bug reports.

the famous ones already have their recognition.

Any CCP employee who did not stick his or her head out in order to suck up to us, but rather chose to do their job quietly. (You know who you are. Thank you.)

And CCP Guard, who has to suck up to us as part of his job, but did not go as far as doing the Harlem Shake.

I'd pick CCP Vertex for really trying to do something about these freeze issues. More so because makes a couple months I'm having this issue and already posted several times in dedicated thread (Win8 thread) and never got answered or an update.

Definitively my month top list:

CCP Vertex (the only one not sticking around the coffee machine all day long !! )

CCP Punkturis -just because without her Eve wouldn't be anymore. Being a lovely lady helps thou...

CCP Guard -I love the little madness of this guy, Mr 200V !!

All others I can't name, because despite all the rage and gank bad words we can use when we get mad at them, those are awesome people and we like and respect them, at least I do.
